The girls had so much fun at our orchard picnic a few days ago! We actually managed to get two blog posts out of it; THIS recipe for the deicious Paleo Blueberry Cardamom Muffins Darla is pictured eating, and this sustainable fashion feature.
True to sunny Los Angeles, this warm Autumn day enabled us to have bare legs and chunky knits all at the same time.
WHAT THEY WORE:
Eco-factors: Organic Fibers (sustainable, healthy, eco-friendly), Indie shops & designers (community, economy), Vintage/Secondhand (reduce/reuse)
Handmade sunsuit from Etsy, Organic cotton onesie from H&M, Vintage shoes from an Instagram pop-up shop, Handmade knit pom-pom hat from Moon Valley Goods
Sunsuit on sale from Osh Kosh, Sweater from H&M, knee socks purchased from Amazon, Shoes from Zulily, and handmade leather crown from Etsy.
Since the girls wouldn’t sit still and look at the camera for me after this point (and why should they? – that is no fun!), I got a few action shots of them playing Ring-Around-the-Rosie together. Sweet sisterhood. Love watching them grow as little besties.
